 SUMMARY

Music is part of life, even some people will feel empty without music. Almost everyone like music, they even have their favorite kind of music, and some people would like to learn music professionally. Bulan Jaya will open a new music course in strategic location right in the middle of one-stop living area at Citra Raya, Cikupa. This course will be named as Citra Musical School located at Citra Raya Ring Road 3, Bellini Street. Our primary strategy is to develop CMS as the most comfortable and professional course for those who want to learn music professionally.

Cms will open music course for those who are interested in learning guitar, bass, drum, piano, violin, saxophone and harmonic. There will be various class for the students, from beginner-class until advance-class with various schedule which is can be chosen by the students. And we are open for the private class! Such an easy way to learning music!.

BACKGROUND

Music can not be separated from human life, music is something we meet everyday. No wonder everybody like music and with the progress of music nowadays music has power to influence people and it makes people wanted to know more about music. But, in Citra Raya Cikupa there are no place for those who wanted to learned music, but it wont be long because now there will be music class in Citra Raya Cikupa. As for the purpose in building music classes in Citra Raya Cikupa is follow,

·         To increase musical skill in Citra Raya Cikupa environment,

·         To create a professional musician in Citra Raya Cikupa,

People today are looking for easy, efficient and good quality for its need, that is exactly what we serve so surely people will interested to study in our class.

Our marketing strategies is mix strategy that using an intensive media campaign. promotional media such as by using attractive leaflets, brochures,  banners , and door to door promotions.

·         700 Million Rupiah sourced from investor / bank.

·         1 Billion Rupiah total capital projects

Profit

Each student who sign up will be charged Rp 3.000.000/months for beginner levels and Rp5.000.000/month  for advance levels. We are target 20 students in first month and it will increasing every month, so we estimated the capital will back within one year. Right after one year, then we will earn the profit.
